How long is the exchange period for products?
The exchange period for products purchased from our website https://www.exportrugshop.com/ is "15 DAYS" from the invoice date, provided the products are unused.
How can I proceed with the exchange process?
To exchange a product, you must send the product(s) along with the invoice to our central address, which is listed on the invoice, via our contracted shipping company, Yurtiçi Kargo.
Once we receive the package, you should contact us via WhatsApp at 05543797793 to create your exchange order before the desired product(s) run out of stock.
Our team will process the exchange based on the product you sent and the order you placed.
CANCELLATION & RETURN
NO RETURNS are accepted for orders placed with the "Cash on Delivery" payment option.
What should I do if my order is defective/incorrectly shipped?
All products offered for sale are checked for damage before they are packaged and sent to the courier. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, follow the procedure below:
When the delivery is made to your address by the courier, make sure to check the external packaging for any damage before accepting the product. If you find any damage, request a "Damage Report" from the courier.
If you notice any damage after receiving the order, immediately contact the relevant courier branch and ask them to prepare a "Damage Report." If the courier branch is not assisting you, please inform us as soon as possible.
Once you send the damaged product back to our address along with the Damage Report, we will proceed with the exchange or return process and provide you with information accordingly.
How will I be refunded if I return a product?
Once the product return is accepted after the inspection, the amount will be refunded in accordance with your original payment method:
If you paid by credit card, installment payments will be refunded in installments, and single payment transactions will be refunded as a lump sum within 14 business days.
If you paid by debit card, a single payment will be refunded to your bank account via wire transfer or EFT within 14 business days.
If you paid with a virtual card, a single payment will be refunded to your card within 14 business days.
The return and exchange shipping costs (both directions) are the responsibility of the buyer. You can use our contracted shipping companies for the return.
For shipments sent with COD (Cash on Delivery), the shipping cost will be deducted from your balance.
